Director
The Director of CyJurII leads the Institute’s strategic vision, development, and global outreach in the field of cyber jurisprudence. Responsible for overseeing research, education, certification, and partnerships, the Director ensures that CyJurII remains a thought leader in addressing legal challenges posed by digital transformation and emerging technologies. The Director collaborates with the Advisory and Oversight Boards, promotes international cooperation, and advocates for the recognition of cyber jurisprudence as an independent legal science. This role demands strong intellectual leadership, institutional governance, and the ability to shape legal thought in the digital age.
Oversight Chairperson
The Oversight Chairperson leads the body responsible for ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical governance within the Institute. This role involves monitoring the activities of CyJurII’s leadership, reviewing major decisions, and upholding compliance with the Institute’s mission and standards. The Chairperson facilitates internal checks and balances, addresses concerns raised by members, and ensures that appointments, programs, and certifications maintain integrity and fairness. By guiding the Oversight Board’s evaluations and reports, the Chairperson plays a crucial role in preserving institutional credibility and reinforcing trust among the CyJurII community and its global stakeholders.
Oversight Board
CyJurII Oversight Board serves as the institution’s highest supervisory body, ensuring transparency, accountability, and adherence to CyJurII’s mission. It reviews strategic policies, oversees ethical compliance, and safeguards the integrity of research, publications, and certification processes. The Board monitors project implementation, evaluates the performance of governing bodies, and addresses disputes or complaints. It also ensures that CyJurII’s activities align with international legal standards, particularly in cyber jurisprudence. Cyber Jurisprudence International Initiative (CyJurII) is structured to encourage academic excellence, inclusive participation, and impactful research in cyber law and jurisprudence. Role:
The Advisory Board provides strategic guidance, ethical oversight, and institutional direction for CyJurII. Members are recognized experts and senior figures in law, philosophy, technology, and international relations, basically judges and law professors. They ensure the initiative maintains academic integrity, global relevance, and long-term sustainability.

Role:
Theorists are thought leaders who develop and refine the conceptual foundations of cyber jurisprudence. They should be mid-career law practitioners who can prove reasonable research expertise in the field of cyber law. CyJurII Theorists produce original theories, engage in advanced academic discourse, and supervise scholarly activities.
