Lika Chimchiuri 

Lika Chimchiuri is a Georgian legal scholar and human rights advocate. She currently serves as Assistant to the Rector and Forensic Medicine Laboratory Assistant at Sokhumi State University. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Law. Lika represents the Centre Indépendant de Recherches et d’Initiatives pour le Dialogue (CIRID) at the United Nations. She has participated in numerous international conferences and high-level UN events focused on justice, peacebuilding, and human rights. She has published on cybercrime, international criminal law, and digital threats to collective memory.
