Muhammad Hassan Mukhtiar is an aspiring legal professional currently pursuing his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at The Center of Excellence in Advanced Studies in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. With a strong academic foundation, he excelled in his early education—earning outstanding results in both Matriculation and F.Sc—and continues to demonstrate commitment to academic excellence.
Hassan’s legal journey is marked by active engagement in research, advocacy, and community service. He is currently conducting in-depth research on Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery, critically examining legal frameworks, identifying systemic gaps, and exploring innovative solutions to advance justice, equality, and human dignity. His scholarly passion is complemented by his literary talent, recognized through the Best Writer Award in 2024 for his article “Man, Lust and Thirst.”
In 2024, Hassan was honored as Moot Court Leader, a testament to his exceptional advocacy skills, strategic thinking, and leadership in competitive legal simulations. He is further honing his practical expertise through a professional training internship at the Peshawar High Court, where he is gaining firsthand experience in courtroom proceedings, judicial decision-making, and legal drafting.
Beyond academics and professional training, Hassan is deeply committed to social impact. As an active community worker in Charsadda, he has contributed to projects addressing education, healthcare, and economic development, with a focus on empowering marginalized communities.
Fluent in Pashto and Urdu, with strong English reading and writing skills, Hassan also brings technical creativity through web design and development. His diverse interests—ranging from football, which strengthens teamwork and strategy, to avid reading, which fuels critical and analytical thinking—reflect his balanced and dynamic personality.
