Riaduzzaman

Dr. Md. Riaduzzaman holds a PhD from the University of Dhaka, awarded in 2025, for his groundbreaking thesis on Constitutional Right to Privacy and Data Protection in Bangladesh: ALiving Originalist Interpretation. He also earned an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London and an LL.M. from the University of Dhaka.

A dedicated scholar, Dr. Riaduzzaman specializes in Comparative Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Law & Technology, and Labour Rights. His prolific research has been published in esteemed journals, addressing critical issues such as digital asset management, urban river pollution, and juvenile justice.

As an Assistant Professor at Daffodil International University, he has shaped legal education through leadership roles, including Head of the Law Department and Director of the Daffodil Legal Research Center (DLRC). Recognized for his innovative teaching, he was awarded as one of the best online educators and a top student mentor.

Dr. Riaduzzaman actively contributes to global discourse, participating in ILO programs, international conferences, and workshops on labour law and public health. His expertise bridges academia and practice, making him a sought-after voice in legal and policy reforms.
